We’re Among the Top 1% — EcoVadis Platinum Awarded at First Attempt
We’re proud to share a major milestone in our ongoing sustainability journey.
In our very first EcoVadis assessment, completed in September 2025, RIVA Handelsgesellschaft mbH earned a Platinum Medal — placing us among the top 1% of companies assessed worldwide and achieving an exceptional overall score of 85.
As part of our long-term commitment to responsible business practices, we undertook this comprehensive evaluation with EcoVadis, a global leader in sustainability ratings. The assessment spans 21 criteria across four key areas: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.
EcoVadis ratings are grounded in globally recognized standards such as the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact, ILO conventions, the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), and ISO 26000. This ensures a robust, evidence-based evaluation and provides a clear roadmap for continuous improvement.
To achieve Platinum status in our debut assessment is a powerful validation of the steps we've already taken — and a motivator to go even further. This achievement reflects not only the values and dedication of our team, but also the continued support and trust of partners like you.
