ECO-FRIENDLY FABRICS
To produce these collections, we created high-quality ECO-FRIENDLY fabrics manufactured using RPET polyester made from multiple used plastic bottles that ordinarily end up in a landfill or the ocean. Plastic bottles were processed into flakes, then melted down, re-spun into yarn and ultimately woven into a variety of different fabrics.
Using RPET instead of regular polyester we use:
70% less Energy
86% less Water
75% less CO2
SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING
We use 100% eco-friendly kraft paper to produce packaging for our eco-conscious collections. Kraft paper degrades naturally within a few weeks, decomposing just like leaves that fall off a tree. It leaves no impact on the environment, for kraft paper can be recycled for use in new packaging.
As an eco-conscious manufacturer, we have also extensively researched the printing process, including interviewing and visiting our suppliers to ensure they adhere to the highest standards of sustainability. It’s for this reason that we have specifically decided to use soy-based ink in packaging printing.
Refreshed collections
Since we have intensified our focus on minimizing our impact on the environment, we also decided to give a green touch to some of the best-selling collections from our regular range and produce them with ECO-FRIENDLY RPET polyester made from existing plastic products (in this case PET beverage bottles) instead of using virgin fossil resources.
